Just an automated message of a woman saying so****ing about me being named in a civil suit and needing to press '1' to be connected to a representative or call them at some number or I'd automatically forfeit any say in the matter. I ***g up at that point since all signs pointed to it being a scam call.

Says there is a civil case, and that you have been notified of the suit. It is not legal to notify of a civil suit by phone. You must be served a written copy.

An aggressive person calling themselves David Dorsey. He says he has access to your****ets and finances and needs "your side of the story"...whatever that means.

Said I owe money and wanted me to pay over phone

6AM this morning!!!!! 2:54 PM another day. No message **** up

They called and left a voicemail saying they are Andrew and asking how I was and then asking if I am on the phone

Call came in at 7:17 am rings 3 times ****s up no message.

i didn't answer it.

I got a call at 10:23 it said my social security number is going to be suspended or sum

3rd time called, no msg. 3 rings and **** up.

Called at 6:55pm on a wednesday didn't leave a message.
