Just an automated message of a woman saying so****ing about me being named in a civil suit and needing to press '1' to be connected to a representative or call them at some number or I'd automatically forfeit any say in the matter. I ***g up at that point since all signs pointed to it being a scam call.

Said they were going to clean out my closet?

said I was listed as a reference to a county court case.

S****ed as a recording, used my name, told me to wait for a case manager. I didnt. I did call back, and the person I talked to wanted to collect a debt I already paid. Now I have to find out if I was scammed, or am about to be. Great.

Says there is a civil case, and that you have been notified of the suit. It is not legal to notify of a civil suit by phone. You must be served a written copy.

Robo call. Knew my name. Wanted me to wait for a case mgr. I didnt.

scammers wanting money from an unpaid credit card, they did not want me giving this info to my attorney lol " we can just bi-pass the attorney if youd make payments"

I need to call because this person has access to my finances and****ets and wants my side of the story. It's a WA # and I live in SD. He sounded very aggressive

An aggressive person calling themselves David Dorsey. He says he has access to your****ets and finances and needs "your side of the story"...whatever that means.

This person was female sounded like Indian , asked me if I had a medicare card, I said yes and she ***g up

Said I owe money and wanted me to pay over phone

Please press one for a licensed mediator

They call early in the morning and **** up.

Asked if family member received their Medicare card yet.

6AM this morning!!!!! 2:54 PM another day. No message **** up

They called and left a voicemail saying they are Andrew and asking how I was and then asking if I am on the phone

Call came in at 7:17 am rings 3 times ****s up no message.

i didn't answer it.

I got a call at 10:23 it said my social security number is going to be suspended or sum

says confrence caller

art 3rd time called, no msg. 3 rings and **** up.

Art Called at 6:55pm on a wednesday didn't leave a message.
