561-867-4748 is also****ociated with 361-488-0297. Sent 4 healthcare insurance solicitation texts similar to the below. All texts called me by an incorrect name, "Winter", and all texts indicated the sender's name was Kelly: Hi, Winter! Kelly here, I am a state Health Advisor. I'm cat****g up on files that remain open with the state and it's showing your name and number. Did you ever find a health insurance policy? My job allows me access to all plans (both on the public and private market), so I can send you quotes if you'd like.

George Calls, ID is blocked, but says "Kingsville, Texas"

They call at 7:00am and if you don't answer, they just leave the phone number as a message. They have no reason to be calling me...I have no bills other than a house payment.
