Possible scam - Caller had looked up public information on my business...then said they were going to feature me on their website, but never mentioned that they were charging me for this...then transferred me to someone to collect my credit card information for the ad. They spent all of 60 seconds before immediately trying to get my credit card number. I never asked for an ad...and they never said it was a charge...they did say it was because my "they" wanted to feature my business as a local business. I'm not sure they were even a legitimate organization...could be just trying to come up with a scam story to collect credit card numbers.

receptionist Weird, exact same thing, very insistant.  Gave the name Katie Morgan.  I tried to get her to tell me what company she was with but she wouldn't, she just kept trying to get me to tell her my boss's name and let her talk to him.  I'm guessing it's more than likely a telemarketing call.   I sent her straight to voicemail.  If she calls back i'm giving her to the warehouse.
