Anonymous Claims to have a project needing architectural services. Can only communicate by text message. Can only pay by electronic check and wants to add on an additional amount to pay a surveyor. The amount to the surveyor was 10 times more then it should have been for the site to be surveyed. So I was to receive a electronic check, deposit it and distribute the funds to the surveyor. What was likely to happen is I cash the check, send the funds to fake surveyor and the bank would hold me responsible for the fake check The name they used is Douglas Berry, phone no. (380) 250-7059. Google search top match was to a guy on linked in, seemed almost legitimate but did not add up. Also has****ociate phone no . (832)213-8585 Called him on it. Silence
