Scott Charles Possible scam

Contacted about a bull. Asked him to call. The number came up as Ohio, but the guy said he was in Hawaii. Then later sent me an address for Ohio. The guy said his name was Howard Kent. There is no record of a Howard Kent in Dayton, OH. The address he gave was a vacant house open to renters.

Don't know if it's a telemarketer or not. Received a text with a picture that would not download, marked it as spam and blocked it.
