I paid for an owner name on this phone number and received nothing!!

Whenever I answer this number they **** up and leave voicemail that id's just background noise.

Got a call from this number, no message.

Received 2 calls from this number telling me that I owe a large sum of money for medical bill that was charged in Aug. 2018. I have been threatened with notification of the credit bureaus , I asked for a statement sent to me from the original billing company, since I have NEVER received a bill from any medical service for this amount, either in the US MAIL or via computer.
