It appears this number belongs to a place that does VIN checks on vehicles. GOVERN VIN check, caller wants to buy your vehicle, but asked you pay for the VIN check on the vehicle before they come look at vehicle which is 25.00. I refused it and received the same copy a paste messages back to me a few times, Until I blocked the phone number

I received this call from this number several times. Unfortunately this person caught me at the wrong time and info was given that I shouldnt have. It is a scam number be aware.
