This is the 5th time They called me, every time i keep asking for the company name, or for them to tell me the make and model of my car. I suggest the we report all of these calls to the authorities as soon as possible. Next time They call I am going to flip out on them.

THey called.  LEft no message.  I did recieve a postcard from them about a warrenty that was up.  Our cars are old and not bought ***nd new.  They never had a warranty!!

Received the same call about 3:30 Central time here today.  Caller ID Deland, FL no message left on the recorder.  Also on Do Not Call Registry.  Who do we report this to?

Said my vehicle warranty was about to expire. I answered and talked to the service representative.  He said "what vehicle  this for."  I asked him why he was calling about a warranty if he did not have info.  He ***g up!

These people have called me several times over the past couple weeks, including once yes****ay and once today. I told them every time that I am on the Do-Not-Call Registry and to never call me a***n. I asked the lady for the company name and contact information today. She told me the name was "Account Services" (same as all the other calls), and that they are located in San Francisco, CA. I didn't say anything to her about the Caller ID saying Deland, FL. I asked for the company's name and address and she denied my request. She told me that they're not allowed to give out that information, but that she'd put my number on their Do-Not-Call list if I'm registered. Imagine the look on my face when she said that. lol

These idiots just called me too. Only received the end of a voice-mail message, but they should be stopped. (Am on the national do not call registry as well, so they should be penalized.)

did not answer the phone when they called as it was from deland florida. do not know anyone there. when i called back it said the numer had been disconnected within about 2 minutes time. Makes me mad as my daughter and I are both home sick with bronchitis and I do not have time for this ****.

i asked for a sup and they kept asking i f i wanted a lower rate. they said they couldnt transfer me to s aup unless ia nswered their question. i said just transfer me. they ***g up on me!

I received the same **** phone call...but this hasn't been the 1st, 2nd or 3rd time they've called. I pushed #1 to speak to someone and when I finally got through and told the woman I did NOT want to receive these calls anymore it's harrassing... she was extremely rude and ***g up on me. Now mind you, they called at 8:45pm which I do not think is a respectful time to be making these calls anyways, so I called the # back and guess what... it was disconnected!!! So****ing needs to be done!!!!!

They keep calling, I am on the do not call list, how do I get them to stop?

they  called about a car waranty and told me to press 2 if I wanted off the list..  they should be fined for  harassment

they offered lower interest on all our Visa and Mastercards.  I said we never have carry-over balances, figuring it was a scam to get the card numbers.

They called with a recorded *****ge about a car warranty. When I pushed the ****on and they asked for the make and model I said "You called me" and they ***g up. When I called back the ma****e said the number was disconnected. I recently moved and have been getting numberous calls to my "new " number.

no idea, let the message ma****e answer when I saw the 386 area code. of course, they left no message.

Called me and said my vehicle warranty was about to expire.  At first it was an automated call giving you an option  to speak to a  "service representative" or cancel your warranty.  I talked to the "service representative" who sounded as if I just woke him up.  He asked for vehicle type and state then said just a minute while I look you up.  I said how can you do that, I haven't given you any personal information.  He said just give me one moment.  I ***g up.

This people is pain,,, they call several times in the same day and never leave a message,,, Please stop this.

Scammers beware. There should be a block on the do not call registry that prevents these people from calling.

These a**holes never leave a message.  Caller ID says Deland, Florida.  They are breaking the law by calling me, as I have never previously done business with them, nor are they a charitable organization.  I am on the do not call registry.  I am going to report them to the FTC and the FCC, and I suggest everyone else here do the same.  These unlawful practices are the very thing we are 'supposed' to be protected a***nst, so if all of us file a complaint, they will eventually be shut down, and prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law!  I believe they are phishing for credit card numbers...beware!
