I had a local number call me with a local person's name. Instead it was a hard to understand foreign man who became incensed that "I said*****o "name of person calling" , then I asked a few personal questions on the person whose name they were using. Then Mr. Incensed was like "Are you kidding me" and I said "Are YOU kidding me, thief" and Mr Incensed was like what the heck. I was like you are calling using SOMEONE ELSE'S Phone Number and NAME whom I know. So you are a thief and s*** and Mr. Incensed was like you are crazy and I was like "Are you crazy" you are the one who called this number with a stolen phone number and another person's name, so you can deal with the crazy Mr Crazy.

Call sounds like a fax ma****e when you answer and will even leave a message of the same noise. when called the number will not connect but will make the same noise and when I call it.
