Random call came up as possible spam on my phone. They didn't leave a voicemail when I didn't answer. Real people leave messages if they want to talk to you.

Asked for Business Owner. I shared that we're a non profit, there is no business owner. Then they asked for "person who does billing statement". I shared we have a large Finance Dept, what are you offering or selling and I can figure it out. She was very unprofessional and ****ter ***ined the entire call, almost had no idea how to keep on script from my questions. She ended up just ****ing up.
