This phone number appeared on a bill from Sprint.  We do not have Sprint services.  BUT I did call that number once, using OUR home phone and service, not Sprint, to complain about a fraudulent charge listed on our credit card bill.  So, now we've received a credit for the fraudulent charge but have to deal with a phone bill from a service we don't use?  Why is that company still in business?

Yes, same thing happened to me.  They are getting your credit card number from iKitchen or Home***nds.  They are probably trying to use the record of a phone call to cover the transaction, so when they get investigated they have records to show there was a call.  The good news is that they "cheerfully" refund any challenge when you call your credit card company to complain.   Take the time to file a report online with the attorney's general in the state you live and the NewJersey website.

This company is a SCAM! They get your cc info from somewhere, charge you $9.95 for S&H and send you a "free" DVD in the mail.  When you try to cancel the service they want all of your info a***n over the phone.  Did not sound right, disputed the charges with our cc company and they are fighting the battle with the company.
