Also for verification I was given this # 715-456-1994 & George said Michael Lopez was legit & I definitely won 17.5 Million Dollars.

This telephone scammer says he is with Publisher's Clearing House. Says "you have won 2.2 Million $". Says his name is "Michael Lopez". He asks for personal info., etc then he wants to know how would you like your payment on a visa card or wire transferred it in your bank account . Then he ask for you card that you have on file with your bank or account number .
