401-762-4302 keeps calling will not stop i have made complaint after complaint they still keep calling how do i get them to stop

Left recorded message on my cellphone about last chance for warranty.  Not the first time my wife or I was called about warranties.

401-762-4302 Called my house, did not answer.

calls and when called back say its disconnected

I'm pretty sure its Verizon calling.  I cancelled my home accounts and they call all the time.  I recently switched carriers and now I'm getting the calls on my cell phone.  Pretty annoying!!

I just got this call, too. I have to share (this isn't an ad-- I have nothing to do with the company) but I tried a free program that I read about online. It allows you to go online and type in the number that's calling you and they'll get a recording that your phone has been disconnected. I love this! Anyway, if you google "unmask blocked calls" the program will come up in the search. It was designed as a caller ID type thing, but I love this little feature it provides, too. Hope this helps!

Just missed a call from 401-762-4302...usually I don't call these random different area code numbers back, but was curious so I did.  It said the phone was temporarily disconnected.  I had no clue it was a big fraudelent scheme...does anyone know how true the prison inmate idea is?  If that is true...that's scary and I am ****ed.

Yes****ay I got 401-762-4302 and today 323-691-9604...think it is a result of replying to someone on Craigslist! Finally texted them that if they continue to call me, I will report to FBI! Don't these people have a life...calling me every hour with a private number and then texting me...What ****s!

i called them back and got a message saying the line was temperarly(spelling) disconnected

rec'd call from this number today.  did not answer as i didn't recognize the number.  tried to call it later and it was busy.

no message just was temporarily out of order when I called back..

Automated message that says this is 2nd and final notice that my car warranty extension was about to expire.  Sounds like too good to be true because my car is 12 years old!

The number came up, I totally did not know who it was. I googled the number, I have been pretty good at being stern with companies if I don't want their business, but didn't know about the prison scheme. Im glad I didnt pick it up. How should we report this?

got a call from this # last night 8:01ET on my t-mobile cell. but t-mobile leases my cell number from a phone company in walnut creek california (707)205-**** and it comes up as a residential #. This fraudster (and others)are probably looking for people at home ( better victims ) but home and mobile numbers are all mixed-up now in the databases. ref. http://www.crimetime.com  . one word of advice: answering these calls encourages more calls. the caller may simply be trying to compile a "c****" list to sell to other fraudsters. they used to do this with "ma****e callers." they detemined how lonely you were by how long you listened to the synthetic message. this may also be a prison scheme where an inmate is tring to get you to use a "*" feature that allows them to make unlimited calls by proxy -- billed to you account. do not answer! do not call back! -- keep reporting.

I just missed a call from this number too on my cell.  Curious to check what the area code the phone number is for, I found numerous reports on calls from this number.  Glad I googled it before returning the call

I called twice today from this number, but I didn't pick up.  I did a reverse phone check, it shows this:Home ListingBeals, A457 Fairmount StWoonsocket, RI 02895-4140(401) 762-4302I am sure it's another one of those "warranty" scam calls. I've been getting those.

I'm a new driver, the car is an '89 bonneville, and "they" call my cell phone. I don't own the car or phone. The recording says that the warranty is about to expire, I though "I think this is a little overdue". There are two options given to me; press 1 to add you to our do not call list; press 2 to talk to a SALES REPRESEN***IVE. Also if you to talk to the sales rep. ask them to identify their company and their company location because they are required to give this information
