Leave a CommentSprint God ... They need to chill just got a text yes****ay to state my billing cycle is almost due.
these people are not sprint telephone.
I recieved a call from this number and an automated voice requested to speak with the account holder (by name). It prompted me on whether I was the account holder or someone else and when I clicked someone else it said to have the account holder call back at 402-220-1561. I called Sprint Customer Service at 1-800-877-4646 and followed the following prompts: Waited to confirm I was an English speaker. Pressed 2 (for wireless support), pressed 1 (to confirm the number I was calling about was my cell phone number), pressed 6 (to speak to a representative) then pressed 0 (out of frustration), and 0 (a***n out of frustration) Within 30 seconds I was connected to a customer service representative who asked me for my name. I told her my name and said I was interested in cofirming whether a number that called me was a legitimate phone number and she asked for the phone number on my account. I asked if she meant my number or the number I was calling about and she said the number I was calling about. I gave her 402-220-1561 and she said she couldn't find that number on my account. I then realized she wanted my number and so I gave her my cell phone number and then repeated that I wanted to confirm the legitimacy of a phone number that called me. She ignored my request and asked for my pin number. I gave her my pin number and she mistakenly heard 7 digits when I said 6 digits. The phone graciously lost its signal and then I came here to vent.
I received a call. It was in reference to a call to Sprint Customer Service. They were doing their survey on my call from yes****ay!
It's was sprint calling to let me know I forgot 2 pay bill. All the information was correct including the amount of the bill due down to the penny.
A message left on my phone "from Sprint" saying there was an urgent need to speak to me about a financial issue. the number they left was 402-220-1561. I called the number and an automated system asked my zip code, then said I have a past due balance of $43 some odd dollars. I called the number on my Sprint bill and they said it wasn't them, they will always leave a toll free 800 number. They also confirmed my balance was not past due, and the new bills have not gone out yet, so at the moment I owe nothing.
