Barb B I have had several calls from this number.  No one is ever on the other end.  When I redial I get a fast busy.

Mike It's a courtesy call from the American Red Cross.   They use a system of rotating phone banks to save on cost.  They are just slow to answer.  must be some delay on their end.  They asked me to donate Blood.  I have type AB+ and they said the banks are low and would love for me to donate.  I too am in the Twin cities
