GQ this # calls me today and i answered the phone i guys on line asks me if i was this person i asked him whats this is in regards to and the guy said i'm calling from Hauge****ociates and I'm collecting a debt i advised this guy i'm filing bankruptcy and this # that your calling on is my cell # and i'm at work then this guys says whats you attny name and # i told him a***n to call my house phone later but this guys insist if i was filing bankruptcy i should have this info right in front of me.....then i told him a***n i'm at work and how the***** am i have this info in front of me...then he ****s up.....**** me off these so-called collectors forgets about the fair debt credit act dont they.....i for one know my rights i used to be a collector
