Anonymous Trying to get my name

Portrayed as Scott Frost on Instagram and sent out a phone number and had a conversation for days posing as Mr. Frost until asking for money to be wire transferred. Asked me to delete and block on both IG and phone. I was deleted from Scott Frost's IG but the scammer kept texting me. Staff of Mr. Frost's perhaps? An entire fake IG?

Personal conversations for over three years like we were intimate partners.

Caller claims I made an inquiry to further my education, which I didn't. I'm in my 60's and received my degree from college years ago. They keep their canned sales pitch going even though you try to interrupt. Calls cell phone almost everyday when I'm at work. My home phone and cell are on the NDNCL, which is worthless, since I get about 15 calls everyday trying to sell me something. Just sick of it.
