This number ***g up as soon as I said "Hello?". Very possible it is a spammer and/or is only calling to see if the line it's calling is active or not. Do not answer spam calls, (similar to responding or even opting out of spam/junk emails) they are trying to find out if an account is active, so don't answer and hopefully they will mark your number as inactive and may not bother trying a***n.
