Debt collecting, I checked on the portal and I do not owe anything. SCAM

Nothing no message no info on w.c****thiscwss call everyday annoying

I answer and tell them to **** on and I will get the person they are calling. I come back to the phone and tell them to **** on a little longer, he is in the bathroom , but he is coming. I tie them up for about 10 minutes and then they finally **** up. During this time they are not making any money or harassing someone else.

They charged me over $3000.00 for a 4 hour ER visit. The visit consisted of an untrasound, CBC, 1 lt of NS. That is extreme extortion.

I just received my bill in the mail yes****ay so it's not past due but they are ****** calling me and won't leave a message

I posted yes****ay (see above).  Yes****ay I called my insurance company, found out how much I owe, called Northside Hospital and made full payment on a credit card.I ***g up with their billing department, called right back, spoke to a woman who verified that they DID RECEIVE MY FULL PAYMENT! I asked her if these harrasing calls for a CURRENT (not past due) BILL would stop. She****ured me that they would.TODAY - NOT 24 HOURS LATER - I get a call from Northside Hospital Billing.I stopped him in his tracks, asked him if this was Northside Hospital Billing calling, told him I'd paid in full yes****ay and was told that they had received my full payment, and I asked if the calls would stop and she said yes. I told him to take me off of his call list, and to not call this number a***n, he s****ed to argue that this was not a call list and I told him that I am at work and NOT TO CALLTHIS NUMBER A***N AND THAT I WAS ****ING UP.

I haven't even had my baby yet. I get calls every day from this phone number, they leave a 3-4 minute long blank message on my voicemail, and I don't owe them any money. This is rediculous already.I'm already ****ed off, thinking I should pick another hospital to have my baby at instead of Northside.

Yes, it's the worst system ever. I've tried to call them back and I get robo-hold. When I answer, I get that "thanks for calling. hold for a representative." That's just rude. I've sent them their money within 30 days of the service. Who knows how long it will take to get off this ridiculous call list!

Northside is crazy....

Got repeated robo calls from this number with a message demanding we call them back.  I finally do, to discover that it is Northside Hospital calling about a CURRENT bill.  They admitted that the bill they were calling about was not past due and that it is their business practice to s**** harassing their customers for payment as soon as they receive payment from the insurance company.  When I asked how to lodge a complaint a***nst this practice I was given the name of ***dley Holt, supposedly director of the business office.  This is his email ***[email protected].  This may or may not be correct information as he did not respond to my email.

It's nice knowing that I'm not they only person they're calling.  I don't answer the call either.

Since I don't answer numbers I don't know ... well they call the same time each day (s****ing Friday).  I just let it ring and they don't leave a message.

hospital so****ing? another junk call! they call me and they say "thanks for calling please remain on the line" blah blah... could anyone do anything about these junk calls? anyone?

These people keep calling my number, even though I have told them that the person they are looking for does not have this number.  I have also told them that I have had my number for at least 7 years.  I have also told them that I do not know the person they are looking for.  I have asked to have my number removed from their list, and was told that it would be on at least 3 times.  But I still recieve calls from them every 4 to 6 months looking for w***ver it is. The last time they called, which was today 8/20/08 I told them the same thing and they responded that they had not called me that many times.  I am tired of them calling seeing that it is my cell phone they are calling and I have to pay for their calls.  I WANT IT TO STOP.

Yes I also received a phone call from Northside Hospital about a balance for medical services.

Just got a call from this number-sounded like they were in the car driving.  No one said anything on the other end.

It is North side Hospital. I do owe them money but their call system is ******. They call me and says thank you for calling. wait for next available rep. So I ****ed up. lol I didn't call them they call me.
