Robocall claiming I looked for a job on one of their websites - which did NOT happen

Yes they are persistent. Who is it?

Called my friend and said that they were the IRS and said that he owed 4000+ dollar to them. That was including legal fees, attorney, and court fines. I called as him and told them that I never filed taxes because I am on disability, which he is on, and she told me that she would have to speak to her senior agent and will back later. These people are not even good at coming up with a viable con story it is said.

Donald Sterling Have gotten several calls from 404-267-1389 and other MCI numbers trying to get info to send food coupons and medical devices. These people are criminals. Please discontinue there contract.

Got a phone call from this number 4042673761. No one said anything and when I called back, didn get anything.

Is it okay for them to call 7 times in one day on each phone and not leave a message?
