This Samantha person is on another site claiming she is so happy that she paid the debt that this company claimed she owed and a couple other people right after her blog say the same things. However if you look at all these phone verification websites Samantha is the only name that shows up on all of them claiming that this Nelson Hurst Company is legit. You know its sad that people are scamming money like this. I really wish there was a way to shut these people down. Its just sad, we work really hard for our money and if your like me you care about your good standing name. By the way the other website is whocallsme.com

Same thing happened to me. My mother in law had a call on her ma****e that I needed to contact a man by the name of Stewart Wallace at 404-288-3882. If I did not call him back he was going to fill a claim with the district court clerk. I called him and he told me I had a payday loan that was not paid. I did a little digging and found out this was a scam. I never paid them any money thank god.

I got the same thing, got a call from Stuart Wallace trying to get money off a debt that I do not have. Looks like it's fraud from everything I've read.

I got a message from a Stewart Wallace 678-593-2378 from Nelson, Hurst, &****ociates asking to speak to me or my attorney about a claim a***nst me. Is this a scam?

I Agree she is a Fraud!!!! How are they going to garnish or judgement a***nst me for so****ing I did not have?

Had a call from agent pugliese did a background check and it was true folks you need to pay her cause i called her compnay and she is employed with there company I paid 1040.00 and recieved a letter just as I requested I saying to you folks if you dont have the money to pay just tell her because everything she was saying was the truth NEED TO CHECK FURTHUR THEN ON BLOG SITES

Same here, wanted my debit card now and I had to pay her $500 in a week and to pay the rest in two more weeks. She had my email account and claimed to have my job information. She is very threatening! Please don't fall for it anyone.

A person just called me and said her name was agent Pugliese of the fraud investigation unit. She is a Fraud. She tried to be intimedating but got nervous when I s****ed asking her questions.

This just happened to me! When I asked the woman "Diane Puglese" if she could send any information to me directly in regards to the supposed loan she stated no and that I should contact a lawyer. On the second call to her, she ***g up the phone on me!

Same thing just happened to me.  Left a message at my mothers.  I haven't lived there in over 20 years!  She wanted a debit or credit card today.  Please help get the word out on these people.
