also everyone i wanted to mention this  i noticed when she gave me a totally different agent id of Stephanie Faulker Agent ID#8009-29 with S&E Legal Group

Yes she called me also stating she was with Bethany Legal Group,..so tell me this if she was with southeastern, now Bethany hmmmm.....and i told her the amount of money i can pay financially she states that she would NOT ACCEPT MY OFFER to try and pay it and that all these calls are recorded...and she literally told me "maam its christmas time if you have money to buy gifts for ppl or children you have the money to pay this amount or get subpoenead(sp) and pay over 4,000 in fees and stated if i cant pay have my attourney contact her sooo i dont have the money for an attorney...is this lady legit ANYONE I MEAN ANYONE,....CAN U HELP ME AND TELL ME IF SHE IS LEGIT?

A relative got a call from this women, Agent Faulkner and she said that I was being investigated for check fraud and had put him as a reference.  She said I had 24 hours to contact her or I would be subpoenaed (sp?)  I called her back.  She had all of my info.  I told her I would pull my credit report.  She said it won't be on your credit report.  You are going to be subpoenaed.  She asked me if I had a pen b/c I needed to right this stuff down.  I said that I was driving.  I got her to read me off the stuff.  I then told her I would do a little resear****g on my own.  She said you don't need to be driving, you're going to lose your license...blah, blah.  I will contact the creditor myself.  I told her I would call her on Monday.  She had already ***g up on me.  RUDE!!Oh, and she told me she was with Bethany Legal Group.  ? ?

Charles,Not everything on this post is "FRAUD." I am a licensed attorney in the State of Georgia, and the name of my firm is Southeastern Law Group, LLC.  Currently, I am in the processing of pursuing all legal recourse a***nst “Agent Faulkner” and her affiliate organizations for illegally and fraudulently using my law firm’s name to collect debts. In your post, you stated, “i paid it Agent Faulkner through south easten legal group and nelson hirsch.”  I would love to talk with someone at the law firm that you have been in communication with because based on my research, my law firm “Southeastern Law Group, LLC” is the only firm that is registered in the State of Georgia with that name. If you know differently, please share with me directly at [email protected]. Lastly, I know my rights under both state and federal law.  As such, I know that letting people know that my firm is not attempting to collect a debt from them is well within my rights. A***n, I would love to hear from you directly.

I went over the information on this blog and I follwed everyones story and it seems like to me everyone on here is a FRAUD. This is too much for me why dont people pay there bills. I took out this loan and I know i did. I paid the company Southeastern legal group recevied letter. I did not make good decision in the past and I have and Attry to look over my information  for me I have an attry through my place of employment and he stated that this was a legit debt why do people complain about so****ing that they owe. So i paid it Agent Faulkner through south easten legal group and nelson hirsch and****oc was on my bank statement if you have any question regarding, if this is a legit company look on secretary state of georgia and Nelson Hirsch and****oc is listed. Also my bank statement had the address and phone # to the company and the company took out the corect amount Agent Faulkner  #2004 H stated she was taking out . I dont listen to others cause it does not pay. I take pride in my credit.   Ask my Attry to put info on the BLOG my Attry refused and stated if Attry does so there looking for a suit for sure.

I just got off the phone with this Ms. Faulkner......she is truly a work of art I must say so myself...she also informed me of a loan that was not paid back(mind you in 2005)..... she did have all my information and that a police officer would be contacting me within the next 24-48 hours and that i need to contact my lawyer. She wanted all of my credit card information so that she could settle this situation asap.....cause she is the only nice person in that office......it's funny though when you google this phone number this is what comes up ........thanks for all the information......... :)

Who is this from?

I recevied the same phone call I also googled the # and came up with this blog. I also google south eastern law group in georgia and also seen this is a real attorney office so I paid. I did get a letter in the mail and I also contacted my bank to make sure this was not a scam and it was not. I wish it was so i didnt have to pay I did remember this loan but i thought i paid it. Well its taken care of now, but if i would of listen to this blog which everyone knows not to do. I would of been in bad shape just like these individuals.  Whats a fraud is the internet as a computer tech everyone knows these blogs are nonsense. Internet has completely messed up society I am sure glad I am a computer tech (I LOVE THESE BLOGS CAUSE THERE SUCH NONSENSE GETTING FREE MONEY FROM THE GOVERMENT LOSERS I DONT PAY MY TAXES FOR THIS NONSENSE)

My question is, is she a scam or is what she says for real.  I have set up a payment arrangement, with so****ing that I don't even remember doing, but was having problems with my x during her timeframe.  I just want to make sure this is not a scam before she takes the money from my acct.  also, she told me she was with South Eastern Law Group not a collection agency.

Agent Faulkner is the rudest person on this planet.  She thinks she has this power rule over you and will use harrassment to get money from you.  Beware, if she gives you "24 hours", which is generous, she sometimes gives you ten minutes, not caring where you are or what you are doing, (my mother was dying in a hospital bed).  If you don't contact her within that 24 hours, even if it is 25 hours she is calling all known relatives.I am looking into an attorney myself for her harrassment and illegally sharing my information with "third party" members.Stay away from this lady, I'm not sure what she really does outside of treat people like they are trash and she is the only humane person.  She might do her job much more effectively if she were kind.

I got the same message from Faulkner and she lied and said that the person that she was looking for used my name as a reference and my residential number is new.

By the way, I forgot to mention that she said that information came across her desk on 8/10/2010 and she called me on 8/11/2010 from this number 404-629-9595.

I got a call from this number.  The person left a voice message saying her name was agent Falkner ID # 2004H  from the check fraud dept. and she was looking for someone regarding check fraud. I did not recognize the name of the person that she was referring.  I felt like it was probably a fishing exposition.  I am not sure why but I decided to put the phone number into Google and search it.  I came up with several hits.  I called the local BBB and was told by them that this is a collection company and basically they are trying to contact anyone who may know how to locate the person they are trying to collect on.  I was told to ignore the call since it did not pertain to me.    I
