The service is through Metro PCS which has recently merged with Teen mobile. The new name of the mobile service provider is Metro by Teen Mobile. Tgevperson that is actually using the device with the mobile number 404-333-7712 is Anthony Houston Russell. He has the device with the mobile numbered registered on his Samsung account. This mobile number has been in Mr. Houston's possession for over 3 months.

I continue to get 3-4 texts a day from this number; very annoying with spiritual overtones and the use of broken language when texting - I am in the process of contacting my cell phone company, and the police to find out who it is
