Rosie What do the multiple text messages say? I get phone calls from this number and there is no one there. I call back and it's a recording that says the number is not in service

I received several calls from this number.

this humber called me 26 minutes ago, i didn't answer came to see if anyone has had this call, and i found you all.

Looked at my billing statements, and see that I often get texts from this number (often two in a row)...but I never actually get the texts...I just get charged for them...didn't even notice it until I looked at my statement.
