Didn’t answer No ID Unknown call Left no message

Claimed to be with "the company (PagerDuty)" stating they had found my resume and application and wanted to interview me for a position. I had never applied to this company. When I texted back for information about them they didn't respond. When I called they didn't answer.

They said my name then asked me to verify my mailing address. I did not, because the caller did not identify themselves.

This number is nothing. Don't answer if you get it. It called my pay as you go phone. Only ONE person had that number besides me. So if a number calls it that I don't recognize, I don't answer it.

John Galt Received msg asking for me by name, claimed he was "Ryan Wills" and asked for call back. No additional information given. Based on comments by others from related websites, blocking number. Can't understand why someone won't give reason for call unless getting paid by the msg left or the reason is dubious.

Wednell I too am now getting these call, for the past two weeks. I am not sure from who, but no one answers back. The calls are at all times of the day.If anyone have any insight on why thses calls are happening (or they just calling to see if this is a good number to pass on tp the real scammers?) please let us know.

goethe Have gotten repeated calls - including today, Saturday @ about 9:30 AM from 404-492-8592.  This has been one of a series of calls in the past ten days from this number and other "404" numbers with no caller ID, no answer when one calls back, and leaving no messages.  Suspect that one is from organization identifying itself as FOP of Georgia.  Others may be fringe paid solicitation "charities" asking for donations via credit card.  Suggestion - let call go through to answering machine - if it is legitimate, they will leave a message.

They call at 9PM at night and they call 8AM Saturday and Sunday;  I told they they have the wrong person, they said it doesnt matter, Im responsible for my father's debt. My father died 2 years ago, after the Bank took everything and left us nothing but headache and frustration.  I told Bank of America to fxxk off or I will sue for defimation of character, slander and harrassament.

Linda Dawson Today June the 28 at 8.47 this number 4044928592 called to our house.We did'nt piked up the phone because this has been gone for months.There are more numbers with these kind of crepy attitude, this numbersare:8133773629 and 18003709744(ssking money for children with AIDS)and alot of numbers harrassing us every day.I need a housephone because we are foreign students and needs to call withour parents at home.We never expect this from the people in this country.This is everyday the same thing and it is not one call, there are somethimes12 calls a day, thats why we are afraid.I hope this will help others.

Bob Brown This is another bill collector, trolling for someone with a similar name.  You cannot even use Call Block on them because it's really an out-of-area call sending bogus caller ID.  I guess the right thing to do is to say, "Please do not call me again" when they ask for someone who doesn't live there.

Bob Brown Left two messages.  I have to "call back about a file" and they leave a first name (Cindy, this time), an 800 number, and a "file number."  Sounds like a scare tactic.My guess is this is a debt collector.  I have a very common name, and debt collectors often call me to "fish" for the right Bob Brown.Under the FDCPA, collectors must identify themselves and their company, and that didn't happen, so it may be some other kind of scam.  In any case, given the number of others getting calls supposedly from this number, it's probably not worth you while to call back.

Dee Hey everybody! Been getting this call as well beware of them using somebody elses name as well. Have had a lot of hang ups on this line as well. Don't give out any personnal information over the phone. Even if they tell you one thing just to get you to say the correct thing by accident over the phone. Oh! We even had one ask for a Social Security number! We got took on two different ones claiming to be collection agency for a credit card. Beware!
