I've received two phone calls from this number which I have missed and when I've tried calling the number back both times it reports the number as "disconnected and not in service." Odd.

Sandy I answered the phone, call got disconnected. This is my business number they called, so I called back and it was a robocall about a survey. Filed complaint on donotcall website.

Margie got a call from this number. The left message & only asked for me by my maiden name which I haven't used in 25 years.  Caller ID says "Unknown."

This is a scam. Do not give them any money or cooperate with them. Tell them you have contacted the authorities and that you know its a scam.
