Spam ****

This is a scam! Don't give them your credit card number. I read elsewhere that a woman gave them her CC # to cancel the invoice and now she has numerous charges on her CC. I got a call from 404-889-8270 today from a woman with an accent saying she was from the Yellow Pages. She said my listing was expiring and wanted to know if I wanted to renew. I told her that I had not asked for a listing in the first place and would not be interested. She said I had "verbally" authorized a two year listing in 2010 and that I had paid for it. I asked how much I had "paid" for it... she said $500. I told her I certainly would NOT have paid $500 for a listing. She said the reason I had not paid for it is because they haven't invoiced me yet--they don't invoice until the end of the two-year listing. I told her that I would not be paying the invoice and she said that they will send it to a collection agency. I told her, "Please do send it to a collection agency." She ***g up on me.

Yellow Pages Scam

Called no one on other end then ***g up

Someone claiming to be The Yellow Pages" says I owe them close to $600 for 2 years of service that I authorized. I absolutely did not authorize anything. This is definitely a scam!
