Kris I keep getting these calls from this same number 404-889-8967 but no messages are left. I try calling back and it's quick to give me a recorded message saying that my call cannot be completed.

Be careful!! This man is a scamer!! His company name is Superior Contracting and his name is Nate. He comes around to houses and promises to fix your roof. He asks for money upfront for materials. DO NOT GIVE HIME ANY MONEY UPFRONT!!! HE WILL NEVER SHOW UP!! He doesn't answer your phone call after he recognizes your number.

karen this caller said they were responding to my inquiry concerning insurance.  you could hear it is a call center in the background.  i told her i had made no inquiry about insurance and that the only person who had my cell phone number was my daughter in law. which is true.you can go the the fcc website and report these folks.  it is really easy to file a complaint right on their website.
