He said his name was Dennis Quinn, and officer that was working for the US Treasury Department. Said I owed $5400.00 on my 2013 tax returns which I know for a fact is not true.

I got a rather grainy pre-recorded message from a man with an Indian accent identifying himself as Dennis Quay(?) In the body of the message this man stated that he was calling about an "enforcement action" by the U.S. Treasury. This phone number 404-891-0*** is a VOiP [internet] number with an Area Code out of the Atlanta, GA area.
