Just received a call from this number. IT was a recorded prompt that stated, "As a member of WCA, you are eligible to receive a free Visa shopping voucher. Press one to receive your voucher." I ***g up. I am not sure what WCA is, but I am certain that I am not a member. This call was received on my cell phone at approximately 12:40 pm PST on 3/18.
