I keep getting calls from this number with a voice recording "This is Scott..." and then 15 minutes later the same message with a different number. Very annoying especially since we are on the Do-Not-Call list nation and statewide.

Its a Marxist Democrat political organization that collects money from cell phone companies so they can carry out their political operations.  It could even be ACORN since it originates in Atlanta, Ga.

I actually answered.It is a recording. For those who are behind on paying their taxes!! Its a scam I think.

It's a company 'giving away' free stuff if you review products or whatever. If you call back and listen to it, you can opt out.

this number does not leave message, I called it back and the mssg says it does not recognize this number as a subscriber. I am reporting it to FCA.

its a GA area code i think. i dont answer out-of-state numbers. if its important they can leave a msg. someone should answer as a business. LOL i want to say... "911 what is your emergency." but if no one is on the other line i guess there is no point.
