i got a call from this number saying I was being investigated for some fraud thing and on my work phone no less.

I got a call on my house phone and my cell phone from this # stating i was being sued for check fraud by the criminal investigation division of dta and to either press 1 or call them back within 24 hours on 404 935-9487 or 9490

Got a call stating that I was being investigated for check fraud, a couple time from this company, and each time they say I owe Aspen Pay day loans $ 1267.30, which I never heard of, and I request proof and all they sent out was a letter telling me I owe $ 1267.30 to a company called Instant Loan till pay day.com. and each time they call I turn on the recorder, and they get very ****ed off. So I mailed letters to them certifiend and regular mail and they never seem to get my letters requesting proof of my debt per the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, Section 809(b), So the lady told me maybe they got lost, lol. So I am going to file a complaint for violation with my States Attorney General and will hire a lawyer to file a law suite for harassment, since they are accusing me of being a criminal and that I will be arrested if I dont pay. ***** Them

I have been getting a call from this number every other day for over a week now. They will leave a message and it just says "This recording is to show that you are currently being investigated for check fraud by the criminal investigations division of DTA. To speak with an agent please press 1. If you are receving this recording by voice mail you have 24 hours for you and/or your attourny to return this call." This is ridiculous, total SPAM!

called several times already. finally answered call. wanted someone i don't know. they said would remove my # from their list. just got another call from them. so much for doing what you say you'll do. i think it's a ***ting scam.

Today for the second time we received a recorded message stating we are being investigated for check fraud by dta investigations.... Cannot find anything about who these people are, so****ume it's a scam...
