Who Called: Richard Anderson

UPDATE- The Caller went by Richard Anderson They said they were calling and threatening that I had several formal complaints that will be filed soon in the county (didn't say which county or what it was for, I for one do not have any reason to be worried about a formal complaint), and that they will show up at my work and take matters into their own hands etc...
