UPDATE- The Caller went by Richard Anderson They said they were calling and threatening that I had several formal complaints that will be filed soon in the county (didn't say which county or what it was for, I for one do not have any reason to be worried about a formal complaint), and that they will show up at my work and take matters into their own hands etc...

Keeps texting and asking for personal info and claims to be having a package delivered to my personal address via moneygram package. Claims to be government****istance package of unused funds and my name was picked to receive funds but it has to be done in the next 12 hrs. This has been going on for a month now.
