Anonymous Received a call from this number. The caller id said "city of okc". The caller claimed that they were trying to locate the person that had an accident and send money to compensate. They did not speak English very well. I ***g up. They are just trying to get bank information.

No Message. Comes up as a verified number with Irs (notice the rs in small letters) as the caller. The IRS never calls people without sending a letter first. Total phishing scam.

This is a collection agency - they have setup their caller ID to say it is the IRS.

It is an attempt to get personal information from accounts on cellphone "memory bank". DON'T ANSWER. I have "Hacker Friends", if you answer the call and stay on the line for 30 seconds minimum you might as well consider your iden***y stolen.
