I have been talking to a person on this line for a few weeks now. how can he get a number without a service provider?

Talking about couldn't deliver so****ing and give em a call. I've received 2 texts from the same number requesting a call on different numbers in each text also differing from the number the text came from.

Calling to verify the number was a certain persons

I received a text giving this number, saying this was their last attempt to contact me concerning a package mailed to me, with an invalid address.
