This person is pretending to be a military officer, who is looking for a partner.... and apparently he is in Turkey at this moment

This number called me and I answered, but the phone went dead, so I called back. It is another Scam, they say they are trying to raise money to support the Florida state troopers, warning everyone about this Scam

They text me but won't answer
