abs this is the 'caller id' for Google Chat SMS Text Messages

I've had at least 10 calls within the past 2 days from this number.  This is ridiculous and it needs to stop.

Irritated I answered...long pause...then I ***g upthey called back a***n but I didn't answer and they left no message

406-205-0406 Ghanian scammer going by Joe Miller.  Will find you thru online dating service....says he's gold dealer or heavy equipment dealer.   Sends flowers and pizza, "falls in love with you" then "gets in a jam" in overseas business in Ghana and begs you to send $2000.   RUN AWAY

These people are texting me....  It says to call a number... When I called the number, it asks me to type in my credit card number...  What?  Doesn't even say who they are or anything.  Obviously I did not give them my credit card number.
