I was called June 6 at 1:12 PM Eastern, though I am on the Do-Not-Call list. The caller ID said "HELP CENTER." The human on the line claims to be with "Loan Modification Services", 535 GRISWOLD ST Detroit, Michigan (this is the address of a maildrop, however). They violate the TCPA by using an autodialer and robo-caller. I hope someone sues them, and am happy to act as class representative if a class action is brought.

Called 9/19/11 a recorded message to a business line. "...regarding property you have for sale...." I ***g up.
