Anonymous This number is being used to send harassing text messages.

Anonymous Caller from this number was claiming to own a cell number owned by my sister for the last 5+ years. She will be reporting info to her carrier tomorrow morning. Be cautious if dealing with this number. Person was very adamant that her number was his and that she was using it fraudulently.
