Complete & utter ****. Just like others, I've put this & other spammers under the same "Don't Pick Up" address book entry. They've called me several times in the last few months. Don't even bother picking up the phone. You'll thank me later.

they keep calling and say press 1 and calls will stop after 72 hours but that does not work

Got a call same as Jazcat. Gave some sort of reference number. But the problem is that we do not have a loan on this house! So I ***g up.

My phone is in the "do not call" list and they call all the time it is so annoying. I have never done business with this company.

Why doesn't the "do not call" list stop this intrusion? I have never done business with this company and I do not appreciate the call.

Recording saying government rules required credit card companies to work with debtors to lower interest rates and payments. Gave a bunch of official sounding civil codes. Said I should press 3 if I didn't want to lower my interest rate and payments, press 5 if I wanted to lower my interest rates and payments. Pressed 5, immediately got no operators are available, leave name, address, phone number, amount of credit card debt. I left a message of God's love instead. Then submitted reports to state and federal Do Not Call teams.

Cellular Call was shown on my caller ID. No message was left

So****ing about charge card rates. Computer generated and called at 8:35am.

I dont know, id says Loan Mod Dept. What I do know is that it is b.s., and I will block the number on my blacklist.
