Spam. "Anna Hill" said they were "authorized" by my credit card company to call me to show me how to lower my interest rate to as low as 1.9%. Right! Also said this would be the only call I would receive... Limited time offer... Call today... they even offered to remove my my number from further calls if I pressed 7. Didn't press 7 for obvious reasons.

When called back, message comes up saying it is a marketing company. Doesn't seem to be professional, some spammer who may needs to beatenup and put behind bars.
