Same thing happened with me.

got a call on my cell phone from this number. they didn't talk and at the end an voice recorded "Goodbye" was said and the phone disconnected.

Received phone from 406-426-3267. No message left but the caller id said service message.

I got a call from this number and a message wasn't left.  I called the number back and got a recording.  It gave me the option to have my number removed from the marketing list, if I didn't want to be called in the future.
