Melody M These people...or I should say their computer generated dial service...calls us about four times a week...looking for my son who it seems is behind on the payments on an ATV he has locked up in storage in Tacoma WA...unfortunatly he is in Afghanistan right now fighting a war, a member of the US Army...this collection agency is located, as far as I can tell, in Missoula MT...

Someone identifying themselves as Austin Kitchen left a very hostile message with a file # and said he needed to speak with me or my lawyer imediately. Left call back number of 877-243-5126. I called back got the woman that answered to identify company as the offices of CRA said they had preliminary paperwork would not give any further info just kept repeating that tried to get me to confirm my SSN I told her she wasn't getting any information from me. She said have your lawyer call us and ***g up. They are a scam trying to get personal info.
