Leave a CommentI have been getting calls from this number every morning at 6:27 am.....The name appears as TDK and my log says it is from Miles City MT. I called the police in Miles City and they have investigated this. It is some kind of credit****istance scam and they are useing computer based dialing and it is going through interstate. It is impossible to trace and the Local police don't have jurisdiction. The US Secret Service has been notified, but they will not take action unless someone is scammed for a large amount of $$$$$. Your only recourse is to block the call......which you have to pay your phone company to do! The police believe the company is located in Florida. Verizon has no record of this number either land based or cell.....but when you do a reverse look up it says the carrier is Verizon. Doesn't this really stink!
I have received a phone call from TDF every day at 8;03 AM for the last three weeks. When I answer the phone there is no one there. I want the calls stopped now!
I have gotten 14 calls from these people in the last month. What can I do?
I constantly get calls from this number day and night. At first I just ignored it as an unknown caller but when I finally got fed up and answered the caller ***g up. I really want to get this stopped. Does anyone have info on how to stop them?
Every morning around 7:30 am, we receive a call from this number but they just **** up. Not very nice first thing in the morning!
TDF has been calling and ****ing up when I answer on a daily basis. This has been going on for at least a month. My telephone number was****igned upon relocating to Az. and is unpublished. Perhaps they are calling the former user of this number, but even if they were, why don't they say anything when I say*****o? I called this number and reached a voice mail and expressed that they were to stop calling and ****ing up. Will see.

This is so irritating. I get at least 4 or 5 calls per day and no one is there. These people should be prosocuted. If you call someone you should at least have the decency to identify yourself and state why you are calling. Of course decency is so****ing these people have never heard of.

I've been getting calls from 406 area code (various numbers). Like others, I have no debts, the two times I picked up I got a 'all our customer service reps are busy.' I tried a text message alerting one number that I was on the do not call registry and not to call; now they use a different number, but still 406 area code/ Miles City, MT. I'm ready to call my carrier and ask if I can block all calls from 406 area code. If that works, I'll post it.

If you don't answer the call and the caller is legitimate, they will usually leave a voicemail after the first or second try. Rogue callers never leave voicemail messages because that could be used as evidence a***nst them if it came to a lawsuit. If you receive a rogue letter in the mail warning you of some "collection" action a***nst you, if you don't actually owe it, reply with a short letter stating that you don't owe it. Or if you do owe all or part of it, reply with so****ing like "You claim I owe you a debt. Under §809 FDCPA, I request validation of this debt."Only give them your name as THEY have written it to you (e.g. “John Doe” not “Jonathon Q. Doe” or however you normally sign your own name), address, and the account number they report.
