Once a***n got recorded call from Rachel at Card Holder Services re lowering interest rates! This is a known scam and they fake the telephone number. I called # today (1/10/11) and line was busy. I have s****ed pressing the number to speak with agent. This time talked to Arice Brown. Pretended that I didn't know how much credit card debit that I had. Asked if I could call them back. Was given 1-800-385-2710 to call back but it is busy whenever I try back. This time when she asked who was speaking, I said she should know because they called me...she ***g up. Keep trying to 'trap' them.

They leave a message that actually keeps you on the line with them when you listen to it; pretty ingenious...anyway, Travis...and they say..."are you inquiring about low interest rates?" I then ***g up.....annoying.
