Beth_K Contact the FCC!  They have a website where you can report this sort of call.  It's illegal if you are on no call list, also their use of a recorded message.  I am filing a complaint now.  I have been getting calls from this company for a better part of a year now!  They also have used 304-445-6838 more recently, which only shows up as 'wireless caller".  They are obviously up to NO GOOD!  Ugh!

Granny I keep getting calls from this credit card company about reducing the rate,,,,when it gets so they want to get info I **** up...how do you stop this number from keep calling.  I thought I was on the do not call list....

Feed up I get at least five or more calls from this number and also a 701 number, when I ask to speak with a rep, they say i owe them money but will not give company name, and they have no idea what my name is because when i ask who they are trying to reach they can't give me a name, I am f***ing tired of this s**t, my mobile servicer said i can c****e my number for 15.00, but that is bull, somebody please help
