These people call at least 3 times a day with out leaving a message, and when you do answer they want to sell you lower intrest rates. I have asked the person at the other end of this phone call at least twice to stop calling and I was not intrested, they proply and rudely **** up. I have tryed to report this number to the national do not call list but they would not accept the complaint yet.

They can reduce my "rate" to 6.9%! Press 1 for operator, 2 to stop receiving these calls. I'm on do not call list, state and federal, so in addition to pressing "2", I'm going to report the call to both state and federal websites. Feds do nothing but investigate. State says they pursue and try to get money.

They have called twice today and it's not even noon! I pressed 2 to "discontinue notices" and was directed to a live representative. When I told her I wanted to discontinue receiving phone calls, she ***g up on me.
I've been receiving calls the past few days about lowering my interest rates on my credit cards...press 1. Today, I pressed "1" to speak to a live agent since pressing "2" to stop the calls hasn't worked. I asked the live agent which of my cards he represented and he said all of them, Chase, Bank of America, Citibank and Capitol One. Not revealing whether or not I have one or any of them, he asked me to confirm that I had a balance of over $3000 on them. When I responded with since you're calling about my cards, I would****ume you would know that, he ***g up on me. Being the the telcom biz, I believe this number is being outpulsed by a company called Logic Solutions.
I don't answer any calls I am not sure of, or of those I do not wish to chat with. My caller ID read MONTANA CALL. Not knowing anyone in Montana, I did not answer and they did not leave a message. Gutless ****s. I feel so much better having written this!

Received a call today just as I was leaving home - have no business with these people, so did not pick up. No message - sounds like from all the others reports, it is a BIG SCAM. Won't answer if they call a***n.
Total scam. I've received the same call from several different numbers. What you see on caller ID is a s****ed number (meaning they find a number and put it up on your caller ID). Last time I got the call they were using one of Union Bank's internal numbers. A recording tells you your time is almost up to get low interest rates on your credit cards, and to press 1 to have your number removed and 2 to speak to a representative. The minute you demand the name of the company or challenge them, they **** up. DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE ANY INFO. They will try to get you to give your credit card number, social security number, etc. If you gave them your information before reading this, alert your credit cards and banks immediately.
Card Services. Said they were Visa and Mastercard - NOT! Refused to give company name or address.

The automated system for this number called me on November 9th. I pushed the 2 key like it says to do so I could be taken off their list. A guy came on the line who sounded Indian (from India) to me. I told him to please remove my number from their calling list. All he did was proceed to try and talk me into their deal, what ever that is. I told him I don't care about rates because we pay off our card in full every month and he continued to try and talk me into it. He said the day may come when you can't pay off your card every month. That made me think this was for a different credit card but after seeing the other comments I don't know. Anyway, it made me angry that I followed the instructions to get off the calling list and the guy I talked to didn't do that. It was more like he was arguing with me, in a soft voice, but it still made me mad that he wasn't helping me with my request. Finally, I yelled into the phone, "take my number off your calling list," and ***g up. Yep, you guessed it. I'm still on the list. I just got another call from them. Only this time the caller ID said "unknown name" instead of "Credit Services." Isn't that illegal for them to call me back? But what can I do about it? Oh, and this time when I pressed the 2 key nothing happened. I have learned that if you let your phone ring 5 to 6 times before you pick it up a lot of these telemarketers will **** up, but it's still a pain to have them call. I answered the phone this time because I have family out of town so I thought there might be a problem and I didn't recognize the number.

when i pressed 2 to stop further notifications they transfered me and when i told him i didnt want them to call anymore he ***g up. this is the second time this has happened. i am also on the national do not call list

You know what? I just got a call and from Credit Services too (displayed on my caller ID).. When I picked up and they ***g up. I was trying to tell them to stop calling me. ****!!! I hate that!! Maybe I should report it to the FCC, FTC and Do Not Call List as well.

I received a call from 406-948-8001 at 12:46 pm on 11-12-2010. The call was listed as unknown name. I decided to answer it to find out what these people wanted. I got the recording from Heather about lowering my credit card interest rates and that I should press 1 to speak to a live person or press 2 to be removed from their calling list. Since I have pressed 2 in the past and it apparently does not do any good I decided to press 1 and see if I could talk to a person for a c****e. When the man came on the phone he did not identify himself or his company. He asked me if I pressed 1 on the phone? I told him yes, and then proceeded to tell him that this is Police Officer T------'s Mom and how did you get this phone number?The next sound I heard was a very distinct CLICK! Heads up people, these are scammers after your credit card info. NEVER give out any personal info on the phone unless you initiate the call.

This number was on my caller ID 406-948-8001 . It listed the number as Glendive MT. I didn't answer because I don't if I don't know the person and they didn't leave any message when the ma****e picked up either.

I just received a call from this number caller ID showed "unknown name" so I did not pick up, but when it rang enough times my answering ma****e took the call and it was to lower my interest rates on my credit cards; however, it didn't say which company was calling. I just noticed today, Nov 05,2010, that the 406. 948-8001 number popped up on my caller I.D. box. I screen all calls and never pick up the phone unless I know who it is.

I have received this scam call many times.... wanting to lower my credit card interest rate. Yeah sure. I have repeatedly reported this scam call to donotcall.gov. There seems to be no one working at this site anymore as the calls go on. Big time scam. Do nothing when this call comes in.

This is a VoIP s****ed number, it is fraud. They are claiming they are calling from cardholder services for visa/mastercard (but not specifying which company they are). They are trying to rob you. don't even bother to pick up, just report them to the donotcall.gov site. Attempting to call back is pointless.
