Caller did not leave a voicemail and upon returning a call, it didn't ring. It said, "please hold for the next available****ociate." The woman who picked up said, "Hello, this is Ellen." I asked what company it was and she said, "we work for many different companies. Why, did someone give you a call?" I said yes, but I wanted to know what company it was, and I didn't want to have to give a bunch of personal information to so so. "Ellen" then said, "We'll, don't call back then!" I told her age doesn't have to be an****hole about it, then ***g up. Even a collections company should be more courteous than that.
